    With your authorization via Facebook Login, we access and process:

    • Facebook Page information required to connect your account
    • Instagram Business account information

    • Media attachments (such as images or videos sent via DM)

    We only access data necessary to provide messaging automation services.

    Customer Message Data

    When customers send messages to your Instagram Business account, we process conversation data solely to generate automated responses and manage booking or support workflows. We do not access customer data beyond the messaging context.

    Technical & Log Data

    We collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, access timestamps) for security and system reliability purposes.

    3. How We Use Data

    We use collected data to:

    • Receive and respond to Instagram Direct Messages
    • Generate AI-based automated replies
    • Analyze message content and media to provide contextual responses
